We met Kevin and Lianne at an open house they had listed. We were visiting many open houses at the time with no agent. As soon as I walked into their open house, Kevin greeted me and we ended up talking for quite some time. He was very professional but also very kind. Even though we were not 100% set on buying at the time, they said they would help us.

Fast forward a year later, and we closed on our home! We are super excited!

For the last year, they visited several open houses and went above and beyond for us. They were extremely patient and never pushed us in any way. We truly appreciated that as we were not in a super rush to buy a home, especially with the current conditions of the market.

Every time we went to an open house and we didn't like it, we let them know and they just said "Not a problem, we'll keep looking" We felt they were on our side the entire process and were actually looking out for our best interests.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home! Thank you Kevin and Lianne! You two were the best!

Our moving out of California was a very big deal, and an even more big deal selling my boyfriend's home he had lived in since 1977, wow. You can imagine meeting Lianne and Kevin visiting our neighborhood just to say, "Hello", inspired us to call upon them to sell our home. They were wonderful, and patient because it had been year's since my boyfriend had sold or bought a new home, and all our question's were answered. They walked us through the whole process. Sometimes we had to call them after hour's, they were always ready to help. One example, we had an offer after our first open-house weekend, amazing!

So me and my wife were referred to Lianne and let me tell you it was a great referral. She was very knowledgeable from the beginning to the end of the process. LiAnne and her  team are great. She had us covered from the lender to even giving us a referral to home owners insurance agent. She had an answer for us every question that come up, and if she didn't have the answer she would get back to us with one. Overall I would highly recommend her.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a home with Kevin's guidance.  Kevin is professional, understanding and always available.  He carefully listens to the client's needs and acts accordingly.  He always returns calls/texts/emails immediately and takes the time to answer and/or research any questions asked of him.  His knowledge and familiarity of the South Bay housing market and the area's many amenities are outstanding.  Most importantly, he did a great job in negotiating the purchase price of our new home!  We really appreciated his diligence and would definitely request his service in the future.

There is no better team to work with.  Lianne and Kevin have been so helpful with me as I navigate the world of buying my first home.  They have been so good at answering all my questions and alleviating and concerns I may have had.  They both  have been working  hard to help find the place that meets all the criteria of the first home I will purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. The team of Lianne and Kevin proved they will work hard for me, so give them the opportunity to help you too.

LiAnne is a pleasure to work with. We went to her open house and she connected us with a lender to get pre approved for our first home. Now we are actively looking for a our first home and plan on working with LiAnne. I have already told many of my co workers to contact her for any of their home buying/selling needs.
